Safeload Semi-Automatic API Coupler incorporates advanced features not available in other couplers. These elements make installation and maintenance easier, while also providing safe and simple connection with transport truck adaptors.
Unlike conventional couplers the Safeload is equipped with stainless steel studs on the back making installation easy. Long studs are available for applications involving a sight glass. Stainless steel nuts and washers are included making this one of the easiest to install.
Along with the installation studs the Safeload has extra-large latches. While connected to the truck the latches cover nearly 60% of the adaptor circumference assuring a safe and secure connection and reaching parts of the adaptor normally not contacted.
The Safeload coupler has a rubber bumper around the collar providing protection against potential damage caused by accidental misuse.
Several seal selections are available, enabling the customer to be equipped with a leak resistant coupler for every application.
