Batching System/Preset Counter
A batching system is an economical way to add liquids in a specific amount.

• Mechanical Batching System includes the following equipment: a preset valve, a counter and a meter. The system may be arranged to also control a pump. The amount of product required may be entered into the counter and the system started. When the desired amount of product is reached on the counter, the system shuts off completing the batch.
• Electronic Batching System includes the following equipment: a preset control valve, a counter and a meter. The meter in this system is equipped with a pulse transmitter. The pulses may be converted into any type of unit. i.e. gallons, pounds, etc. As with the mechanical system the preset amount is entered and the system is started. When the desired amount of product has been transferred, as indicated by the number of pulses, the system automatically shuts off. The system may also be set up to repeat batches if desired.
